Read the manufacturer's current instructions before assembling a cream-charging setup. Confirm the cylinder, the regulator, the connector and the siphon are all specified as compatible.
Inspect the parts first. Do not run equipment that looks damaged, has been altered, or is connected wrongly. Follow the manufacturer on handling, ventilation, storage and disposal.
Use these products only for what they are intended for, in line with the manufacturer's instructions and the regulations that apply. If the setup is not clear, stop and ask about that specific product.
Create a fixed inspection point before the equipment reaches the food-preparation area. Confirm the product label, model number and instructions first. Inspect seals, connection surfaces, hose or regulator condition where applicable, and the body of each component. Anything dirty, damaged, loose, altered or of uncertain origin should be isolated rather than tested during service.
Prepare a stable, uncluttered bench and follow the manufacturer's assembly sequence for that exact system. Connections should align and behave as the documentation describes. If a component needs unusual force, does not seat correctly or produces an unexpected sound or leak indication, stop immediately and follow the manufacturer's shutdown guidance. Never bridge an uncertain fit with an improvised part.
Shift changes are a common source of missing information, so record the check. The note can be simple: date, product, equipment model, operator and result. Mark removed equipment clearly so it cannot return to the bench before it has been assessed through the appropriate service channel.
End-of-use care belongs to the same process. Complete the documented shutdown, clean only as instructed, and return components to secure storage. A consistent routine gives staff a clear stop rule and makes small signs of wear visible before they become a service disruption.
Review the log whenever equipment, product format or operator changes, because yesterday's verified combination does not automatically approve today's different setup.
