Most orders that go wrong go wrong at the connection, not at the product. A cream charger or N2O tank only runs on equipment the manufacturer lists as compatible, and a name on a catalogue page settles nothing about whether a thread will meet a regulator.
Before you order, take three things off the kit already on your bench. Who made the regulator or siphon. The model as it is printed, not as you remember it. And the unit size it takes now.

Two things catch people out. Going from a charger to a 5 kg or 10 kg tank usually needs a different regulator, not just a bigger unit. And anything damaged, altered or repaired outside the manufacturer's guidance should not be run at all, whatever happens to fit it.
